Overview
In addition to project scopes and key performance indicators, our proactive data collection whilst completing general maintenance and trend analysis continually allows us to provide feedback to our Clients which can assist with better identifying underlying deeper issues that may otherwise have been overlooked. This information has repeatedly assisted clients with proactively rather than reactively addressing side issues and thereby improving public safety and consequently proving cost savings.
Methodology
Developed methodology for conducting fault finding and repair on assets that were considered non standard by our Client. Prior to the implementation of this system the assets remained non operational and often flagged as a hazard by the general public. Consequently safety was improved and complaints were reduced.
